Broadstone Resourcing has been mandated to recruit an Analyst for a leading Corporate Development team in London. If successful you will joining a team of dedicated M&A professionals working on corporate transactions, strategic projects, joint ventures and divestments. The role of Analyst will work across multiple business lines on projects initiated by regional executive management teams and group executives. This will mean as the Analyst you will have involvement in all aspects of the acquisition process, with a focus on financial modelling, due diligence and internal / external transaction management. The benefits of the role will bring high exposure to the senior management of the company, working directly on strategic growth aspects that will provide career development and opportunities to progress through the company. Alternatively the opportunity to progress through promotion within the team is available. It is expected that you can demonstrate a good amount of lead advisory experience within a professional organisation and it is expected that you will be a qualified ACA with the needed finance and accounting knowledge. Understanding of the M&A process including business valuation techniques, due diligence process and project management techniques are expected. Additionally the ability to operate in customer facing and investment banking environments is desired. If you feel you possess the needed ACA qualification, project experience and the ability to work and achieve deadlines then please apply.
